PHA includes Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies, What If, Preliminary Hazards Assessment, SIL Selection using Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA), Focused QRA (which looks at a subset only), and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
