Open Invitation: Training and Technical Support

At DMS, support for your Honeywell gas and flame detection purchases doesn’t end with your purchase.  The perfect complement to great Honeywell products is thorough and detailed training on your Honeywell gas and flame detection products, which is the key to being happy with any technical product at your facility.  Let us help you to make your Honeywell experience a great one.

Are you having a product problem?   We are known for throwing on our FRC’s, hardhats and safety glasses and heading into customer facilities to help out with any problem you have.  During that visit we'll provide consultative coaching to your technicians and assist in getting an understanding of issues your having and why you’re having them.  If the fix can be addressed on the spot, we'll gladly take your technician through the process step by step to resolve the issue. 

We make a point of using these site visits as training opportunities for your technicians and operators because, first and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase and we want your facility to be safe.

Whether it's detailed technical product training or support for an issue in the plant, we typically provide this support for free because you've earned it by choosing to do business with DMS.  If you've experience DMS training or technical support before, you already know how special the support and personal attention is that we provide.
